We started in 2012 on our beautiful family farm, Falls Farm in Northamptonshire, with no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We began with the things that matter most and a dream to save the world from mediocre gin. We ended up stripping the industry back to its roots: we became gin farmers.
Our range is crafted with nature. We draw water from our spring, grow the botanicals, and collect fresh honey from our own beehives. We try to keep things local and, as custodians of the land, we harvest with a respect for nature and the community. As we go, we try to give back more than we take: re-sow, replant, rebuild.
When it’s time to distil, we question, experiment and invent epic gins, including some never imagined before - and are the first gin brand to create a range of non-alcoholic botanical spirits, inspired by Mother Nature. We do it in small batches in our gorgeous bespoke copper stills, Curiosity and Satisfaction. We have a lot of fun and think outside the bottle.
This is how, after years of planning and months of experimentation, we created our first, award-winning London Dry Gin. Then we pushed further, forging new gins… and whole new categories. Creating world firsts, like our sweet, tangy rhubarb gin.

Our drinks aren’t just about “being the best” or “winning the most awards”: that’s just something that comes naturally when you create products with our passion, craftsmanship and with real, farm-grown ingredients.
We distil a range of fantastically smooth, award-winning gins and new non-alcoholic spirits, using our own spring water, locally hand-picked hedgerow botanicals and other natural ingredients from the English countryside. With three Botanical Gardens on Falls Farm – over 5 acres – we grow many of our own ingredients and harvest fresh honey from our beehives.
Within the UK, and increasingly in new export markets, we are pioneering the super-premium and natural flavoured gin category, predominantly via our Rhubarb, Raspberry, Honeybee and Elderflower gins. Rather than produce lower strength liqueurs or use synthetic flavourings, since our inception in 2012 we have dedicated our time to crafting gins at the gin-defined ABV, made with only natural ingredients that are locally sourced wherever possible, or grown on our own farm, creating a new drinking option for those who want to have more than a G&T.
This autumn, after two years of development, we've perfected our 0% Botanic Garden Spirits range, using all-natural botanicals and packed with the same flavour as our much-loved gins. The two variants - Juniper Double Dry and Pink Berry - offer real alternatives for those choosing not to drink alcohol, uniting all drinkers and inspiring them with farm-grown flavour and the wonder of nature.
Our gut is our guide, and nature our inspiration.
